We want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, here’s exactly how to handle it.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to send something back.
What items are eligible?
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. If you received a product with a manufacturing defect, please let us know immediately — we’ll make it right even if the tags have been removed.
For hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear, swimwear, and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.
Is it really free to return?
Yes. Returns are completely free. We do not charge restocking fees. Once you initiate a return, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.

How do I start a return?
Send an email to info@brandymellville.it.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with your prepaid label within one business day.
When will I get my refund?
After your package arrives at our warehouse, we inspect it within 1–2 business days. Once approved, the refund is processed immediately. The credit will appear back on your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Do you offer exchanges?
At the moment, we don’t process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order.
